Contact Self Drive Pro using the channel provided in your booking confirmation. Include your enquiry or booking reference, name and requested change. Do not share sensitive payment credentials.
3. Charges and refunds
Any cancellation fee, refund eligibility, refund method and processing timeline depend on the written terms accepted for the booking and the applicable law. Ask for the terms in writing before confirming.
4. Changes by a rental partner
If a vehicle becomes unavailable or a material change is proposed, contact Self Drive Pro so the available options can be reviewed under the confirmed booking terms.
