Draft for review before publication. This template describes the current static prototype and must be updated to match the final backend, analytics, CRM, retention, vendor and payment systems before launch.
1. Information you provide
If you use a contact, booking enquiry or vendor application form, the current prototype opens WhatsApp with the details you entered so you can review and send them. The static website does not itself save form submissions to a database.
2. How information may be used
Information sent to Self Drive Pro may be used to respond to enquiries, coordinate rental requests, review vendor applications, provide customer support and improve the platform. The final operating policy should identify the responsible legal entity and lawful basis for processing.
3. Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, email, social networks, web fonts and remotely hosted images may connect you to third-party services governed by their own privacy terms. Review those terms before sharing information.
4. Data sharing
Self Drive Pro aims to coordinate customer enquiries centrally and avoid exposing vendor contact information on public listings. If a booking requires information to be shared with a fulfilment partner, the final policy and booking process should explain what is shared and why.
5. Security and retention
The production backend must define access controls, retention periods, security measures and a process for handling privacy requests. This static prototype does not implement those backend controls.

You can choose not to submit information through the forms and can contact us to ask a question about a request you have sent.
