Draft for review before publication. This page is a general website terms template and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and adapted to the actual operating entity, vendor agreements, customer terms and applicable law before launch.
1. Platform role
Self Drive Pro is intended to help customers discover rental options and submit enquiries to the platform. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Vehicle availability, final price, security deposit, pickup arrangements and rental terms must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
2. Accuracy of listings
Vehicle descriptions, photos, categories and indicative prices may be supplied or updated as the platform develops. Information should be confirmed with Self Drive Pro before a customer relies on it. We do not represent sample catalogue entries as live inventory.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and trip information, hold the driving licence and documents required by the rental provider, follow applicable laws, and review the final rental agreement before taking possession of a vehicle.
4. Vendor responsibilities
Rental partners are responsible for accurate vehicle details, legal eligibility to rent vehicles, vehicle condition, required permits and insurance, fulfilment, and compliance with the written vendor agreement and applicable law.
5. Pricing and payment
Any indicative price on this static website is illustrative, not a guaranteed offer. Payment, deposits, invoices, commissions and settlements must follow the terms disclosed and accepted for the particular booking or vendor relationship.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, refund, extension, late-return and damage terms depend on the confirmed booking conditions. Review the Cancellation Policy and the final rental agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent enquiries, interfere with its operation, scrape protected information unlawfully or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
